Effects of the insurance cover:
Part-time workers not reaching the minimal amount of eight hours or work a week for any of their employers are only insured against accidents or diseases at work or occurring on the way to and back from work. There is no insurance cover of nonprofessional accidents. Duration of insurance cover:
The
insurance cover starts the day this person starts to work or is
supposed to do so. If the insured person has to make his way to work
the day before already, the insurance cover starts the moment this
person stars his trip to work.
The insurance cover starts the moment this person takes his way to work. The insurance cover expires as soon as this person has made his way home back from work. Reduction of insurance services:
An insured person injuring himself deliberately is not entitled to any insurance service. If the accident was caused by the insured person while committing a crime or an offence, cash compensations can be reduced or even be refused in particularly serious cases. Moreover, the following restrictions are applicable to accidents occurring away from work:
